Recently I have started to look for a house. I am always on the mls.ca website checking out properties as well as scanning real estate ads and real estate office windows. I have been working with a particular REALTOR® who has been very good at calling me about new listings. My question is should I be calling my REALTOR® if I see something advertised by another real estate firm?

Thank you for your inquiry and the short answer to it is YES!! If you are working with a particular individual then let them know what you want to see. By doing this you let them see what exactly you like in a property, ensures that you will be given advice based on the current market performance, and lastly allows them to be paid for the work that they do. “Your” REALTOR® is concerned that you make the best choice possible in the purchase of a new home. He or she will do all they can to make sure you can view any property for sale in the community so please call them they will appreciate your loyalty.
